The gardens of Hotel Cipriani, located on the island Giudecca Island, in the 18th century were considered the Venice’s “Gardens of delight”. One of the most attractive gardens is the Casanova garden, inside the Hotel Cipriani, where the legendary lover, Giacomo Casanova, once held his clandestine meetings.

In 2009 the Frontera company redesigned these gardens, maintaining their charm and enriching them with a wide selection of carefully selected ancient roses, many varieties of hydrangeas, an ancient vineyard restored and a biodynamic vegetable garden that every day the varieties of aromatic herbs used by bars and restaurants, among the Michelin-starred restaurant Oro, with which the dishes are decorated.
